Okay, I'm really gonna give this blog thing some effort. It has not turned out like I thought when I first started. I think for this month I'm going to shoot for one post a day. We'll see how that goes.
Today...I got in some real exercise! I've been doing the workout challenge via the Flylady list and haven't been very good about it. But,I have a 2 lb weight loss goal by Sunday (omigosh...it's written in cyberspace. Does this means I really have to do it)? Hopefully, this will help me keep on track.
