Just got back from another of my moms orthopedic appointments...the third of quite a few to come. The finger on the left hand seems to be healing well, but, the bone on the right arm is still causing her a lot of pain. Trying to figure out this in home care stuff is no fun either....
The Hawk also had an eye exam today. He's going to need glasses...one of the hazards of growing up in this family. Seems one eye is stronger than the other and it's creating a focusing problem. He looked so cute in the frames he picked out! :)
I just realized it's been over 2 years since my last exam. Time for me to get back in for a checkup.....

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for visiting my blog. We seem to have experienced some of the same experiences with menopause. I too, would have long periods and the doctor would put me on 3-4 birth control pills to get them to stop. Thankfully, I've been period free about a year now!!! One of the good things.
I've enjoyed reading about your days. I too am a working mother/wife and I still consider myself a homemaker too. As far as Bible Study. I work it into my breaks at work. I drive an hour to work, so I listen to alot of lessons on CDs. Beth Moore is my favorite, but I'm recently been listening to the NT on CDs read by women and really enjoying that.
